Activities and Itinerary
space adventures™ is deeply immersive and educational group entertainment, hosted by experienced educators, and designed for children between five and fifteen years of age.
destination: iss provides kids the opportunity to modularly assemble their own 1/12 scale space station. Young astronauts will take space walks, experience the challenges of working in a space suit, taste space food, conduct science experiments in 'zero-gravity,' send video feeds home to family, and simulate landing the Space Shuttle.
Kids build working Galilean and Keplerian telescopes from kits they take home with them. In the process they will learn about the function and math behind lenses. Observations are made on the moon and other celestial objects using their self-made scopes.

Party locations
space adventures™ parties can be hosted either indoors or out. We highly recommend opting for entirely outdoor activity or a mixed indoor and outdoor itinerary. We maintain arrangements with a number of select indoor and outdoor locations, each chosen with consideration for their appropriate environment and adequate space. A map, available on our event reservation calendar, pinpoints available locations. However, you are welcome to select a location of your choosing.‡
Inclement weather
As amateur astronomers, we watch weather charts carefully. In cases of expected inclement weather on dates of planned outdoor events, we are prepared to move your event indoors, either to one of the many spaces with whom we maintain contingency agreements, or to a local location of your choosing.‡
Rescheduling and cancellations
Should your event planner determine that cancellation or rescheduling is necessary due to predicted inclement weather and failure to locate suitable indoor space, and you agree, a new date will be set, and no payment will be due for the cancelled date.
Should you cancel within 10 days‡‡ of your event for any reason (weather or non-weather related) payment of 80% of the full balance will be due. Payment of 40% of the full balance will be due for cancellations you make between 11 and 15 days‡‡ prior to your scheduled event.
